Институциональная спотовая торговля криптовалютами постепенно мигрирует на внебиржевые площадки и платформы для торговли деривативами. В то же самое время увеличение числа ордеров на централизованных биржах довольно невысокое.
Согласно отчёту Finery Markets, в 2025 году криптоторговля институционалами на внебиржевом рынке (OTC) выросла на 109%. За год объёмы спотовой торговли на 20 крупнейших централизованных биржах (CEX) выросли примерно на 9%.
Данные CoinGecko за 2025 год показывают, что объём спотовой торговли на 10 крупнейших CEX увеличился на 7,6% в годовом исчислении до $18,7 трлн. Активность на CEX в сфере деривативов расширилась ещё больше — объём бессрочных фьючерсов вырос на 47,4% до $86,2 трлн.

К примеру, Binance зафиксировала двузначный рост активности институциональных и VIP-трейдеров, особенно в сегменте деривативов. Однако рост книги спотовых ордеров был ограничен.
Что касается криптовалют, то основная ставка институционалов была сделана на так называемые голубые фишки биткоин и эфириум.
Рост активности на внебиржевом рынке (OTC) проходил и в других сегментах. По данным CoinGecko, объём бессрочных сделок на децентрализованных биржах (DEX) вырос на 346% в годовом исчислении до $6,7 трлн, увеличив соотношение бессрочных сделок на DEX к сделкам на централизованных биржах (CEX) до 7,8%.
В целом, имеющиеся данные свидетельствуют о том, что структура криптовалютного рынка в 2025 году становится более диверсифицированной.
